Hi, Im trying to get a body like iShop rock / Tim Tebow now I have a little fat on the belly, but other than that I have a moderate amount vetmoet I continue to lift weights or do insanity to lose fat before lifting best response weight:

From experience, I see people with a little fat to start easier time building muscle than those with a low percentage of body fat were . It would probably be better for you to increase your body Now and then burn fat.
